Sukrit Terms of Service
The rules for using Sukrit, and the terms of the Sukrit Plus subscription.
In force from 4 November 2026
Sukrit is an Android app, made by Abhishek Kumar, India ("Sukrit", "we"), for keeping a record of your seva and a diary. By using it you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy, which is part of them.
Using Sukrit
- Sukrit is for your own record. What you add is yours; we claim no rights over it beyond what is needed to keep it in your account and show it back to you.
- Keep your Google account and, if you turn it on, your end-to-end encryption passphrase or key safe. We cannot recover a forgotten passphrase or key.
- Do not use Sukrit to store unlawful content, or to attack, overload or probe our servers.
- Sukrit is provided as it is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or free of faults. Keep copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.
- You can stop using Sukrit at any time by deleting your account (how).
Terms of Service for Sukrit Plus
Sukrit is free. Sukrit Plus is a paid subscription that raises the limits on what your account may keep (more photos and videos, more file storage, longer videos).
1. Introduction
Sukrit Plus is bought through Google Play as a renewing subscription, monthly or yearly. By subscribing you authorise Google Play to charge the price shown at the time of purchase, and to charge it again at each renewal until you cancel.
1.1 Payment
Payment is handled by Google Play with the payment method in your Google account. We never receive your card or bank details. If a renewal payment fails, Google Play may retry it; while it is unpaid, your account returns to the free plan's limits.
1.2 Taxes
The price shown in Google Play includes any applicable taxes for your country, as Google Play applies them.
2. Cancellation
2.1 Cancelling a subscription
Cancel in Google Play: open the Play Store, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, Sukrit Plus, Cancel. Sukrit's Settings, Sukrit Plus, has a link that opens that page. Deleting your Sukrit account does not cancel the subscription.
2.2 Refunds and effective cancellation
When you cancel, Sukrit Plus stays on until the end of the period you have paid for, and is not renewed. Google Play's refund policy applies to refunds; we do not refund part of a period ourselves.
3. Purchases through Google Play
The subscription is a purchase from Google Play, and Google Play's own terms apply to the payment, the renewal, the receipt and any refund, in addition to these terms.
4. Termination
If an account is used in breach of these terms, we may end its access to Sukrit Plus or to Sukrit. If we ever stop offering Sukrit Plus, Google Play will not renew it, and the remainder of a paid period is refunded through Google Play.
5. Changes
We may change the price or these terms. Google Play tells you about a price change before it applies and asks you to agree to it. A material change to these terms is posted here at least 30 days before it takes effect and announced in the app.
6. What Sukrit Plus includes
The limits of each plan are shown in the app, in Settings, Sukrit Plus, and may change over time; a change never lowers what you already keep in your account. Some features need the latest version of the app. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability and do not compensate for outages.
